If your GP needs to refer you for a physical or mental health condition, in most cases you have a legal right to choose which hospital or service you go to. This includes NHS and many private hospitals that provide services to the NHS.

Quay Healthcare is currently accepting Right to Choose referrals for patients living in:
- Hereford & Worcester
- Cheshire & Merseyside (excluding Warrington patients)
- Birmingham & Solihull
- Sussex
Please note, all referrals must come from a GP.
Our current wait time from referral to assessment is 4-6 weeks. Our current wait time from assessment to medication initiation is 14-18 weeks.
