Some medications are still experiencing shortages, but the majority of medications are now available.

PATIENT INFORMATION
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
• Our estimated wait time from referral to diagnosis is around 20 months
• We are a routine service and, as such, prioritise patients based on when a referral is received
• An appropriate referral will be acknowledged by the service within 14 days
• As we are an adult service, all contact will be primarily to the patient themselves in the first instance
• We are a remote service and, as such, all appointment offered will be via telephone or video
