We are pleased to offer ADHD assessment and treatment services for patients in West Yorkshire. We aim to see all patients within 8 weeks of referral.
How to Access the Service
All referrals to our service must come through the registered GP. A copy of our referral form can be found below. Referrals should be sent by the practice team to: cmicb-war.quayr2cadhd@nhs.net
