Mr Mark Dyson – Chief Executive Officer
Mark left school and joined the Royal Airforce in 1987, as a ground to air electronics engineer. In the mid 1990’s Mark retrained as a Social Worker, qualifying in 1997. Since then, he has held senior positions in Operations and Development, nationally, in Health and Social care, in the private, Local Authority and Health Sectors. As well as a Social Work qualification, Mark has an MA in Organisational Learning and is currently finishing an MBA in Healthcare Management at North Wales Business School.
Mark has extensive experience of the specialist housing and support sector, having developed 1600 homes for people with learning disabilities, mental illness and physical disability across the UK. Entrepreneurial and person-centred Mark actively seeks opportunities which bridge the gap in current primary care, health care and social care provision with a goal of improving outcomes for the people Quay supports.
Outside of work, Mark loves to play the guitar, sing and he is also a Special Constable with British Transport Police, based in Manchester.
